Door 1, learning

Five courses, by video call, on your real files

Take them in order or pick and choose. The content is built on what your team actually does, not on a textbook case.

  • One person, from the first email to the last session.
  • Audit price deducted from your first course.
  • Your data stays yours, never used for training.

Choosing your AI, and prompting well

Which tool for what, and how to talk to it. The landscape shifts every quarter and nobody has time to test everything. We start from your three most frequent tasks, pick the tool that does them well, and write together the prompts you will reuse the next morning.

  • A grid for choosing between two tools without losing a week
  • The structure of a prompt that gives the same result twice running
  • What must never be pasted into a public model

AI in daily work

The habits that free up an hour a day. No theory. We open your inbox, your word processor and your spreadsheet, and we replace the gestures that keep repeating. Everyone leaves with their own shortcuts, written down.

  • Drafting, replying and summarising, on your real documents
  • The prompts that save reading the same email thread three times
  • A one-page memo, specific to your team

Delegating to AI

What you hand over, what you keep, and why. The question is not what the machine can do, but what you accept it doing without you. We draw the line task by task, in writing, and decide together where the human check sits.

  • A map of your tasks, sorted by risk
  • The exact point where a human has to say yes
  • What the AI Act requires when a client is on the other end

Advanced cowork

Working four-handed with a model. For people already using it daily who keep hitting the same ceiling. We work on long files, contradictory documents, week-long back-and-forths, and install a method that holds up.

  • Breaking a long file down without losing the thread
  • Having one model check another
  • Spotting a wrong answer that looks right

Tool micro-sessions

One hour, one tool, on your specific case. Short format, on demand, when a single question is blocking a team. We connect, we settle it, we are done. Often the natural sequel to a longer course, a few weeks later.

  • One hour, one subject
  • By video call, with screen sharing
  • Recordable, for whoever could not attend

How it runs

A session looks like a working morning, not a lecture

You come with your live files. We open them. Whatever gets produced in the session is usable the next day.

Before

A short exchange to establish who attends, with which tools, and on which files. Nothing else to prepare.

During

Everyone on their own machine, on their own cases. I move between them. Silly questions are welcome; they are usually the useful ones.

After

A written memo, specific to your team, with the prompts kept and the settings applied. Plus a one-hour micro-session if something sticks.

Who runs the courses

Nicola Ali, sole trader, Belgium

You are never passed to a department. Whoever answers the first email runs the session and picks up the phone three months later.

  • Content built on your real files, not a textbook case
  • The audit price is deducted from your first course
  • Your data stays yours, never used for training
  • In French, Dutch or English

What is not on this page yet

No workshop photo, no testimonial, no company logo. We would rather say so than manufacture it.

Space reserved for a real portrait. Until one exists, there is nothing to show.

Which one is for you? Thirty minutes is enough to tell.

That is what the audit is for: choosing between the five, or telling you none is needed yet.

The audit price is deducted in full from your first course.
