Your data, protected

Gate.ia protects its users’ data and uses it only to deliver the service. Never for anything else: no resale, no advertising, no model training.

It stays with you: your own CRM, your own databases, your own mailbox. The app connects to them and passes it to no one else.
You remain the data controller under the GDPR; Gate.ia acts only as a processor, and the contract says so.
No model is trained on it: that is Anthropic’s published policy for its API, and that of the tools Nekstep files it into (Airtable, Notion).
Your instance runs on European servers, in France, isolated from every other one. Your access keys are encrypted at rest, the master key lives outside the database, and backups are encrypted too.
No tracker, no analytics, no third-party cookie in the app: three cookies, all strictly necessary to run it.
The services hosting that data operate under a GDPR data processing agreement and are certified SOC 2 and ISO 27001.

Your instance ships with its own privacy policy: named subprocessors, retention periods, your rights. This site’s privacy policy is published online.
