24/7 agent

An enquiry at 22:41. A reply at 22:41.

The qualification agent answers incoming enquiries when nobody is at the desk. It states in its first line that it is an AI system, and hands over to a human as soon as anyone asks.

  • 32 seconds, measured on our own agent.
  • AI disclosure in the first line of the exchange.
  • Human handover on request.
What the exchange looks like

Nothing is hidden, and that is why people still reply

The disclosure is not a checkbox at the bottom of a page. It is in the first sentence, where your client actually reads it.

Illustrative scenario, not a client case.

1. The enquiry arrives

Site form, email, or a message on your page. Whatever the hour.

2. The agent introduces itself

First line: it says it is an AI system and offers to hand over.

3. You find the sorting done

Next morning the enquiry is qualified, the budget noted, and the reply is waiting for your yes.

Legal framework

What the AI Act has required since 2 August 2026

The European AI regulation has applied in stages. The 2 August 2026 stage bears directly on agents that speak to your clients.

The obligation

An AI system interacting directly with a person must inform them that they are talking to a machine, unless that is obvious from the context.

The information must be given at the first interaction, clearly and distinguishably.

Our agents state it in their first line, in the body of the message.

What we are not claiming

This page describes what our agent does. It is not legal advice and does not cover all of your obligations, which depend on your activity and your uses.

If your situation is sensitive, have it checked by a professional. We will tell you when we think that is the case.

We issue no compliance certification of any kind.

How many enquiries reach you after 6pm?

If you do not know, that is already an answer. The audit often starts by counting exactly that.
