Gate.Billing, reminders go out when you say so

Due dates track themselves. The tone escalates gradually. And every message goes through the queue before it reaches your client.

  • 0 reminders sent without your approval.
  • Adjustable tone, from courteous nudge to formal notice.
  • Log of what went out, and when.
Illustrative scenario, not a client case.
The cycle

Four steps, and one place where you step in

When What the agent does What you do
On issue It drafts the invoice from your inputs and checks the mandatory legal wording. You review, you approve.
15 days before It spots the approaching due date and drafts a courteous reminder. You approve or you let it go.
7 days after The second reminder moves up a notch, without becoming unpleasant. You set the tone, word by word if needed.
On payment It matches the payment, closes the line and stops the reminders. Nothing. It is the one step where you do nothing.

Can a reminder go out without me?

No. A reminder is a message that lands with your client: it goes through the approval queue like everything else. Until someone clicks Approve, it stays with you.

That holds for a three-line nudge, at day 30, and while you are on holiday.

The one rule with no setting.

What if the tone does not sound like me?

You fix it once, in the queue. The agent keeps the correction and applies it to later reminders of the same kind.

Three registers are set up to begin with: courteous nudge, firm reminder, formal notice. You can rewrite them entirely.

Gate.Billing is not a substitute for legal advice on debt recovery.

How many invoices are waiting at your end right now?

It is usually the first thing the audit surfaces, and the quickest to hand over.

The audit price is deducted in full from your first agent.
