The starting point

A 30-minute audit, and you will know what to hand over

You describe a typical day. Together we spot what repeats, what jams, and what can go to an agent or be learnt in a course. If you go ahead, the price of the audit is deducted.

  • 30 minutes, by video call.
  • Price deducted from your first agent or first course.
  • No sales follow-up unless you want one.
How it runs

Thirty minutes, forty-five if you get going

There is no pitch, no slide deck and nothing to prepare. We talk about your work.

The first ten minutes

A typical day, told out of order. What eats your time, what you postpone, what wakes you up at night.

The next ten

We sort: what repeats and can be handed over, what needs your judgement, and what must never go to a machine.

The last ten

An order of priority. What to start with, what can wait six months, and what is not worth automating in your case.

Sometimes the conclusion is “nothing for now”. That is an honest conclusion, and it saves you more than a subscription.

Why is the audit not free?

Because a free audit is a sales meeting in disguise. This one is not: thirty minutes on your actual business, and a straight answer on what can be handed over and what should not be.

If you go ahead, the price of the audit is deducted. It will have cost you nothing.

Deducted in full from your first agent or first course.

What if I do not want to be chased?

Say so during the call, or tick the box in the form. You will receive nothing afterwards: no follow-up email, no offer, no newsletter.

We have no sales team. There is nobody to call you back.

Your details are never sold or shared.

Questions

What people ask before booking

What happens during the 30 minutes?

You describe a typical day. Together we spot what repeats, what jams and what can go to an agent or be learnt in a course. By the end you know what to start with, and in what order.

Can an agent message my client without me?

No. Anything that would leave your business goes through the approval queue. Until someone clicks Approve, the message stays inside. That holds for Gate.Billing reminders, Gate.Pulse posts and 24/7 agent replies.

Do I need to be comfortable with the technical side?

No. Setup is done for you, and day-to-day use fits on one page where you say yes or make a correction. If a setting needs a decision, it is put to you in plain language, not jargon.

Where is my data?

On European servers, under GDPR. Your documents are not used to train a model. The log keeps a record of what was approved, by whom, and when.

And if I stop after a month?

Gate.Pulse has no lock-in; you cancel from your account. The 3-day trial asks for no card, so there is nothing to cancel if you do not carry on.

Where exactly do you work?

In Belgium, by video call. The conversation runs in French, Dutch or English, whichever suits you.

Thirty minutes, and you will know what to hand over.

No generic demo. Your business, your friction points, and a clear order of priority.

The price of the audit is deducted in full from your first agent or first course.
